Olivia Jones was unable to make their chat so Producer Henry stepped in, he's not used to interviewing big stars... and you could tell because it was VERY awkward.
She was meant to be on Total Access to promote her new single 'Sixteen', however Henry ended up accidentally insulting her piano playing skills.
However, it wasn't all bad as they had a chat about the importance of dealing with your mental health.
